These Terms govern your use of the Reneed app and this website, provided by the independent developer of Reneed, based in India. By using Reneed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use Reneed

You must be at least 12 years old to use Reneed. If you are under 18, you may use Reneed only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

What Reneed is

Reneed is a personal record-keeping tool ("digital khata") for recurring deliveries and supplies. You record what you receive and what you pay; Reneed calculates totals from what you enter. Reneed does not deliver goods, does not process payments between you and your vendors, and is not a party to any arrangement you have with a vendor.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your password and recovery codes safe, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

The records you enter are yours. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time, including on the web at reneed.in/delete-account.

Fees

Reneed is free to start. If we introduce paid features in future, we will make the pricing clear before you are charged.

Disclaimers

Reneed is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a record-keeping aid, not financial, legal or accounting advice, and we do not mediate disputes between you and your vendors. You are responsible for verifying your own totals and settlements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reneed and its operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on records you or others entered.

Termination

You may stop using Reneed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will change and material updates will be notified.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India will have jurisdiction.
