How we keep your data safe

• Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text.
• Your account can be locked with a biometric (Face ID / fingerprint) and protected with one-time recovery codes.
• Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.

Where your data is stored

Your records are stored with our hosting provider on secured infrastructure.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed permanently, except where the law requires us to retain limited information for a short period.

Your rights and choices

• Access and correction - view and edit your details in the app.
• Deletion - delete your account and all its data in the app, or on the web at reneed.in/delete-account.
• Consent - turn reminders and notifications on or off at any time.

Data breaches

If a data breach affects your personal data, we will act to contain it and notify you and the authorities as required by law.
